Will/Won't draw

By commissioning me you automatically agree to my T.O.SIf you have any questions, feel free to ask at any time.

General

➤I have the right to decline any commission requests for any reason.➤Some small details of your character may be added, removed, or altered in order to fit my artstyle. If I have done something you don’t like, please tell me.➤Unlimited revisions are available but I will not make major changes such as redrawing entire poses (past the sketch stage) or restarting the entire artwork. Last second additions to the work such as an extra character or background will have a fee.➤A fully colored (or at least have a separate image to indicate which colors i should use if you do not have a fully colored reference), clear reference of your character is required. I will NOT accept AI images for references.➤The buyer is allowed to use or edit the artwork they bought however they'd like as long as it is not in a hateful or harmful way. Additional fees will be charged if the buyer intends to use their commission for commercial use.➤Do not feed any of my artworks into AI or you will be blocked and blacklisted.

Payment and refunds

➤Payment is taken through cashapp, paypal, or ko-fi.➤Full payment must be given before I start.➤Refunds can be provided at any point in the drawing stage if problems arise but the amount will be based on the amount of completion of the artwork.:
-Sketch = 50% refund
-Lineart = 25% refund
-Color or more = no refund➤Turnaround time is between 1 week to 1 month per commission depending on complexity. More complex commissions may take more time and will be communicated beforehand. I am able to do deadlines within reason.➤If your commission takes longer than that and the delay was not affected by any irl situations and was MY OWN fault you are able to receive a FULL refund regardless of the stage in the art. It may take a while to be refunded but I promise you will receive your money if this happens.➤If the time takes longer due to YOU not responding, you will not receive a refund. Your commission will be completed as normal.➤If i feel that i have too much difficulty in completing an artwork i may offer you a full refund myself.

The process

➤The details of the artwork are discussed. Please give me as much information and references as possible to ensure that your artwork comes out that way you want it to. I may ask for a small sketch or reference image if I have a hard time understanding the composition.➤Once the commission is approved, I receive payment and start the piece. I take full payment upfront.➤I will update you throughout every stage of the drawing and allow you to request any changes before I continue to the next stage. You may ask for additional WIPs at any time.➤When the artwork is finished, I will send you a full file.➤All art I make will be posted online unless you would not like it to be. Please tell me beforehand or sometime during the process if you want your commission posted or not.

NSFW Will/Won't draw

Anything not listed feel free to just ask. I'm generally ok with most things that aren't in my won't draw list. I have the right to decline anything i may feel uncomfortable with drawing.SFW will/won't draw applies to NSFW artworks as well.
